- In their original condition
- Complete with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories

Return Shipping Responsibility
If the item is faulty or incorrect:
In cases where your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will take full responsibility for the return shipping costs.
If you simply changed your mind:
If you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size, or selected the wrong product, the return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
Please note that any original shipping charges are not refundable.
Restocking Fees
We do not apply any restocking fees on returned items.

Prepare your package
Carefully pack the item, preferably using its original packaging and including all parts. -
Send the item back
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team and ship the package using the recommended carrier.
Refund Timeline
Once your return arrives, we will review it to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different size, colour, or item, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the exchange process quickly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be returnable.
Any such exclusions will always be clearly mentioned on the product page before purchase.
